Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or change your appointment. Missed, cancelled, or changed appointments without said notice will result in a full charge of the appointment fee. We understand that life happens, so we reserve the right to waive these fees on a case by case basis.

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or symptoms of any other illness or have been in close contact with someone who has either tested positive for COVID, has a pending test, or other illness, please reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged a penalty. Thank you for taking care of your community.

Gift Cert and Discount Code Policy

Gift Certificate and Discount Codes are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates and Discount Codes are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, or a discount code is misused or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.
If our prices increase after a Gift Certificate has been obtained, the monetary worth of the gift certificate remains the same and does not increase in relation to the cost of service. We reserve the right to honor the gift certificate for its monetary worth after a price increase.
Gift certificates and Discount Codes are not to be combined with other discounts or vouchers and are not valid with other promos and offers.

Mask Policy

Well-fitted, high quality masks are required at all times in our space for our Providers and our Clients, unless eating or drinking or receiving a service that requires the removal of a mask. High quality and evidence-based sanitation and air filtration are observed between each client’s visit. If you do not have a mask upon arrival, one will be provided for you. If you have a medical condition that causes masking to be a barrier to your receiving care, please contact your provider so that a treatment plan can be negotiated that both Provider and Client can fully understand and consent to.
