I live and work on the land of the Cowlitz and Clackamas people, also known as Portland Oregon.
I am queer Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT OBMT 8107), Tarot Reader and Yoga Facilitator. I view all my work as a way to hold space for embodied homecoming.
As a massage therapist, I work primarily with queer and trans folks - offering tools and support for injury recovery, mindful movement, goal setting, self-care and embodiment. All bodies are welcome in our space.
In my yoga facilitation and tarot meditations, I aim to support folks as they push back against how Dominant Culture has divorced us from ourselves and each other, to lean in to the big emotional and embodied feelings this may induce and to come out on the other side with tools to help them be more resilient, connected and full of life.
In my continuing education for massage, tarot and yoga, I aim to continue to decolonize my practice as well as make it more equitable, accessible, welcoming and trauma informed.
